Your First Session: Clarity & Vision
Your first 50-minute session lays the foundation for everything that follows. You’ll be welcomed into a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to share your story and your goals.
We’ll talk about what coaching is, what my role will be, and how we’ll work together. Then we’ll begin visioning — exploring what your ideal state of health and well-being looks like, why it matters, and where you most want to focus.
Together, we’ll begin to shape meaningful long-term goals, and if it feels right, identify one small first step to start building momentum. You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and inspiration for what’s ahead.
Ongoing Sessions: Focus & Growth
Each 30-minute follow-up session is your time to reconnect, refocus, and keep moving forward.
We’ll begin by celebrating wins, reflecting on what’s working well, and exploring any challenges that have come up. You’ll choose what feels most important to focus on that day, and we’ll explore why it matters to you — connecting each step to your bigger vision.
Together, we’ll design small, achievable actions that move you closer to your goals with confidence and support. You’ll leave each session with a clear next step, practical tools, and the motivation to keep going.
