What Is Health & Wellness Coaching?
Health and wellness coaching is often misunderstood, especially when it comes to scope. While my focus often centers on nutrition, it’s important to know that nutrition is just one spoke in a much larger wellness wheel. My approach is rooted in the understanding that every food choice, health habit, or behavior shift exists within a broader web of personal, social, and cultural context. That’s why I take a whole-person approach to coaching. It’s not just about what’s on the plate—it’s about why it’s there and how it fits into your life.
This work is client-led by design. Especially in sensitive or complex areas like eating patterns, I honor your lived experience, preferences, and inner wisdom. My role is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can gain clarity, build new habits, and move toward your goals with confidence. When your habits are rooted in your values and aligned with your vision, change becomes more than behavior—it becomes a new trajectory. One that is self-defined, limitless, and often far surpasses what you originally thought was possible.
